1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and inventory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect items received.
  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Size exchanges (subject to stock availability).

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • The incorrect item was shipped.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Clothing UN cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.
